Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Validity Period
Each gift card is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. After expiration, the link cannot be used directly, but you may request an extension by contacting customer service.
Delivery Territory
Gift cards can be used for delivery within the United Arab Emirates and GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman). The delivery country is selected at purchase and cannot be changed later.
Card Types
Signature Card (بطاقة المحبة): Choose from our Classic Selection, name printing in elegant black on bottle, premium 100ml bottle with gold cap, free delivery, 90 days validity.
Prestige Card (بطاقة الفخامة): Choose from our Luxury Selection (higher tier), name printing in luxurious gold foil, luxury gift wrapping (black + gold), premium 100ml bottle with gold cap, free delivery, 90 days validity.
No Cash Redemption
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, partially or fully, and cannot be applied to previous orders.
Single Use Only
Each gift link is designated for single use for the specified package and cannot be split across multiple orders.
Loss or Misuse
Gift links are treated like prepaid cards; anyone who possesses the link can use it. Abeer Dubai is not responsible for orders placed with a leaked link, though we will do our best to assist if contacted before redemption.
Changes to Terms
Abeer Dubai reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with the updated version published on the website.
