Timeframe
Customers may request a fragrance rematch within 10 days of receiving their perfume, through a re-analysis of their preferences.
Process
The alternative perfume is provided for a nominal reselection fee, which covers re-analysis, order preparation, and shipping to you.
Important Terms
- The guarantee does not include a refund of the amount paid or return of the received perfume
- Customers may use this guarantee only once per order
- You must contact us via email to activate the guarantee

General Policy
Due to the nature of perfume products, we do not accept returns after opening the package.
Accepted Cases
Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or different from the order.
